This space is not designed for extended occupancy, and the entrance is shown in Photo 3. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: View of Parking garage facing west from access alley parallel to E.4th St. The northwestern half of building (right side of photo) is not located on the Brownfield parcel. Electric and telecom rooms (Photo 3), are located on the opposite side of the wall as the gray electrical panels. On-site building consists of an open air parking garage, with northwestern end (bordering E. 4th St.) containing an enclosed campus print shop, elevators, and stairwell. Based on Plat Map, only the southeastern half of the parking garage is located on the Brownfield property. This portion of the parking garage is open-air, with the exception of an enclosed electric and telecom maintenance room discussed previously. These spaces were not designed for extended occupancy.
