General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 1 – This facility has no LCID waste onsite. There were 2 root balls behind a fence that was a cut over. Some stumps still in ground from cutting.
2 – Was not able to locate the landowner today. 3 – Site could be closed. 4 – Will try to further contact landowner. 5 – Only 1 inspection on Laserfiche or Apex.
