each violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations. If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement
actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS (List all noted last audit):
None

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. The limits of the LCID site are not readily discernable. The area that Mr. Childers stated was the dump site, is
located in a swale approximately 400-ft (N) of Oak Ridge Church Road.
2. The site is a hay field. The site is stable.
3. A review of Burke County GIS maps, indicates that the area where the site is located is approximately 241-ft.
wide.
4. Based on this audit, it is recommended that this site be closed.
