General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

1 – Follow up of closure form for SDTF-65-03 sent on 04-25-2021
2 – Mr. Loreti and co-worker were working on clearing debris at time of 04-26-2021 inspection 3 – 04-27-2021 inspection shows debris removed from site with evident lime added to area
4 – Mr. Loreti text that work was not completed as of 04-27-201 evening 5 – 04-29-2021 inspection shows grading work accomplished with another large amount of lime land applied to site
