Dear Brownfields Property Management Unit:
Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) is pleased to submit this NC Brownfields Land Use Restrictions (LUR) Update
for the above referenced property on the behalf of the current property owner, Sidewalk Greenville, LLC. Terracon
was requested by the current property owner on January 18, 2021 to complete the LUR Update. This LUR Update
includes the performance of a site visit and the completion of a LUR Update form as provided by the NC Brownfields
Program.
A copy of the owner representative signed and notarized LUR Update form is attached and was completed based on
information obtained during our site visit on January 22, 2021 as well as our review of the site’s “Notice of Brownfields
Property” (“Notice”) that is currently on file at the Pitt County Register of Deeds Office (Book 3716/Page 270). During
our site visit, we were escorted by Mr. Tyrick Stanton, maintenance supervisor for the site, who indicated he has
worked at the site for approximately four months. Based on our site visit and information in the “Notice” it appears
that the site is in compliance with the Land Use Restrictions as required in the “Notice.” General photographs taken
of the site during our site visit are also attached at the end of the LUR Update form.
