FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT

1. Mr. Rogerson stated that the site was only used for the disposal of brick from a school demolition in 1994. Mr.
Rogerson stated that he would like to close the notified land clearing and inert debris (LCID) landfill on his
property.
2. During this inspection, it was observed that the uncovered waste that was identified in the February 24, 2021
inspection had been removed.
3. The entire site had been graded and seeded. Ms. Thompson told Mr. Rogerson to contact her again when
vegetation had been established at the site and a follow-up inspection would be completed.
4. Prior to the closure of the LCID landfill, please provide a map depicting the location of the LCID landfill
waste disposal area in relation to the property boundaries.
5. Digital photographs were taken during this inspection.
Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
