IV. Inspector Comments
No local contact information was on file or in database prior to visit. Tenent did not allow
access to property without owners permission. Contact imformation for Neal Hughes
(owner) was obtained. Phone message was left with Mr. Hughes, however no call was
returned during the time at the facility. (Call returned on 4/20/21. Mr. Hughes provided
contact info to make arrangements for future visits.)
