The cover crops is very tall & needs cut asap (per the 30 day waiting period after the last septage application) in accordance with the approved nutrient management plan. 2. A trailer/residence is being installed in the field in front of the permitted site. There must be a 500’ setback from the trailer & a well (if one is installed) – since this property & the permitted site belongs to the same landowner. The front boundary line of the site shall be adjusted as needed to meet the required 500’ setback. 3. The Raleigh Central office received a copy of the soil analysis report in regards to the soil sampling that was performed last fall. 4. Field markers are present but difficult to see due to the high grass. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured – no one is living in the newly installed trailer at this time. 5. No apparent sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No sign of heavy or recent application. 6. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
