enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected the second vehicle to be added to the firm permit. The Raleigh Central office received the additional
fee of $250 for this vehicle on 3/29/21.
Tag#KN3215, VIN#1FV6JFAA4NL476330, 1850 gallons. The tank appears structurally sound & securely
attached. The outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of this
vehicle per the info on the firm application. This vehicle is in compliance at this time.
2. The other permitted vehicle was not inspected at this time and truck logs were not reviewed during this visit.
