NORTH CAROLINA SEPTAGE MANAGEMENT FIRM
NEW OPERATOR TRAINING

Purpose:
• This training is for anyone new to the septage business or who desire to obtain a Septage Management Firm Permit in North Carolina. • This training is for operators who have been out of business for more than 12-months and would
like to renew their permit. • Completion of this class meets the septage management firm operator training requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0834 and GS § 130A-291.3

Time:
The class will take approximately 6 hours to complete. We will begin at 9am stopping for a 15-minute
break and an hour for lunch and will probably be finished around 3:30pm. In addition to attendance of the class, a short test must be completed at the end of the presentations to receive credit for the class.

The Class will be held virtually using Cisco Webex. Attendees must have access to the internet. Cost:
