Good Afternoon Troy, On Monday March 29, 2021 Lincoln County Environmental Health performed a site visit in the
Covington Neighborhood on McClintock Rd in Lincoln County upon the request of Mike Simmons
Utility Operations Manager regarding a possible septage spill. During the site visit there was no visible sign of septage on the ground surface. The area in question has a drainage feature that is exceptionally green compared to the area around the drainage and there are signs of washing in the mulch around one planted tree. Upon public request, Lincoln County Emergency Management
performed a site visit on March 27, 2019. During the site visit they verified the liquid in question
was flowing directly from A Sani-Can. The goal of this letter is to make you aware of the incident in case further investigation is required. Thanks You
