Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Noted some areas of spot dumping (septage debris) at the front of Field A. These areas should be raked loose so that it does not create dead spots of vegetation. 2. The winter cover crop needs cut (in accordance with the 30 day waiting period) so that the Bermuda crop is not shaded out. 3. The field markers appear accurate. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. 4. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. No sign of recent application. No odors noted. 5. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 6. Submit a soil analysis (to include the heavy metals) to Chester Cobb at the Raleigh Central office. 7. The application submittal is currently under review for the permit renewal.
