The winter cover crop on the site is very tall (particularly on the right side) and needs harvested asap in accordance with the 30 day waiting period after the last septage application. 2. The field markers appear accurate but it was difficult to see some of the posts due to the tall vegetation on the field. 3. The irrigation system was positioned on the field. No odors noted. 4. No sign of land application outside the permitted boundaries. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met but were not measured at this time. 5. Have received a copy of the soil report for last fall. 6. The entrance gate was damaged but access was possible. Work has been done to the access road and the required signs are posted.
