Dear Mr. Oaks:

The NC Division of Waste Management has received the notice of cease operation to
close the Septage Detention or Treatment Facility (permit #SDTF 60-11) on Robinson
Circle in Mecklenburg County. A final inspection was performed on April 8, 2021 by Mr.
David Coleman, Environmental Specialist with Mecklenburg County.

As of this date, permit #SDTF 60-11 has been closed out and this location on
Robinson Circle shall not be utilized for septage detention or treatment. If in the future you
wish to obtain a permit for a septage detention or treatment facility, please contact this
office to initiate the permitting process. Use of a septage detention or treatment facility that
is not permitted may result in administrative penalties up to $15,000 per violation in
accordance with NC General Statute 130A-22.
