As outlined in our December 30, 2020 transmittal of a UST-61 Form, on Thursday January 7, 2021
Harmon Environmental, PA personnel conducted a receptor survey within 1,000 feet of the former
underground storage tank basin at 1619 North Graham Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. No
water supply wells were observed within this radius.

Attached please find a receptor survey letter summarizing the findings of the January 7, 2021 receptor survey
conducted around the historic services station site at 1619 North Graham Street in Charlotte, North
Carolina. As indicated in previous emails, our client desires to apply a Notice of Residual Petroleum to this
site.
