W2 Septic Pumping, LLC
is hereby issued a Septage Management Firm Permit, Permit Number NCS-01387
And by virtue of completing the annual training
requirements is hereby registered as a Septage Management Firm
in the State of North Carolina.

This permit to operate a Septage Management Firm is issued to the above named person, business or entity alone and is not transferable to any other person, business or entity.
Firm operation shall be in accordance with the provisions of N.C. General Statute 130A-291.1 - 130A-291.3, Title 15A of the N.C. Administrative Code 13B .0800 et.seq.,
conditions of the permit, and representations made in the application and accompanying documents for a permit. The permit holder is authorized to discharge septage only at the locations(s) listed below:
1. Septage Detention or Treatment Facility, SDTF-43-07 2. North Harnett Regional WWTP, Lillington NC

This permit does not entitle the permit holder to operate a Septage Land Application Site, a Septage Detention or Treatment Facility, or any other solid waste management facility not specified herein. Failure to operate as permitted may result in the Department suspending or revoking this permit, initiating action to enjoin the unpermitted operation, imposing administrative
penalties, or invoking any other remedy as provided in Chapter 130A, Article 1, part 2 of the North Carolina General Statutes. This permit and registration expires on December 31, 2021.

Thanks for the updated application. I went to W2 this morning. Wanted to let you know a few things  
‐ The phone number on the truck is 919‐207‐4030, which is a number that was on the application in 2017 ( the 
last time I looked at the truck). Since then it appears that Wendy has not been fully completing all the items on 
the application or has been listing a 919‐894‐2987. Trey said that the number that is on the truck transfers over 
to this number.  
‐ Trey & I went over their truck logs, what they are pumping, where it is going etc. It is my understanding that 
they have been doing a little grease which has been going to Grease Cycle, which was on their permit last year. 
Noted that Wendy did not give you an authorization for Grease Cycle with this application just one for the 
WWTP – do you maybe already have a new one for Grease Cycle.  
Just wanted to let you know in regards to doing their new permit.  
Saw Mr. Willis briefly, he did not look good. Trey said he did not end up in the hospital but was really sick for about four 
days. He said that Wendy did fine but Wendy is definitely younger than Mr. Willis (who from appearances I would guess 
is a smoker). Trey said he had COVID over Xmas, had a slight fever & fatigue – of course now he is not sure about getting 
the shot.  
Tomorrow morning  I am looking at Little Johns 3 trucks and also a truck for Deweys Septic (new pumper).
