OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: NONE The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Pumper vehicle(s) inspected: TRUCK LICENSE PLATE # VIN # TANK CAPACITY (gal) YA 161904 1FVHCYFE3MHML2797 4,000 2) Truck inspection conducted because of name change from Roberson Septic Service to Allen Roberson Plumbing & Septic and for being a new vehicle. 3) The required information was on both sides of the pump truck. Each letter of the required information was greater than three (3) inches in height. The lettering was not blocked from view. The reflection of the blue hosing on the tank interferes some with the viewing of the town name and phone number. The lettering meets the requirements of 15A NCAC 13B .0835(b). See pictures below. 4) The tank is made of aluminum and affixed to the frame of the truck as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(1). 5) The valves appeared to be in working order and closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(2). Caps present on ports. 6) Access ports were properly sealed with lids that were closed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a)(3). 7) No leaks noticed as per 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a). 8) Truck in compliance with the Septage Rules. Driver side of pump truck. Passenger side of pump truck.
