Inspected vehicle, tag#YA122885, VIN# correct per the firm application. 2500 gallon capacity. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle per information on the firm application. 2. The truck logs were reviewed at this time. Discussed the required information that shall be maintained. Begin recording the town name as part of the physical address for each location. Also begin recording the information for when waste is removed from the permitted storage tank (as this is also a “pumping event”) and then transported to the WWTP for final disposal. 3. Discussed registering for a continuing education class for 2021. 4. Thank you for your time.
