1 – Site is missing “No Trespassing” sign from last year. Please replace and forward picture of correction 2 – The tanks are accessible for inspection 3 – Tanks appear to be structurally sound
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in safe and sanitary manner 5 – No objectionable odors or vector problems noted 6 – Setbacks appear compliant
7 – Tanks appear to be used in a timely manner
