The tracking information shows that the letter sent to Miriam & Donald King at 933 W. Mallard Cr. Ch. Rd. was signed on
1/28/2021, but it has not been received back at my office.
The tracking info for Sara Denton at 1001 W. Mallard Cr. Ch. Rd. shows that it went out for delivery on 1/28/2021, but
has not been updated since.

The property owner for the Adams Property has asked me to follow up to see if you will issue something official about
them completing the requirements of the Conditional No Further Action Please find attached Return Receipt Cards for
the property. We have received 4 of the 6 sent out, and there is an explanation in the below email about the other
two. I can go to post the letter on each house if need be. Please let me know.

Hello Ryan,
To follow up on our telephone conversation of today regarding the `green cards' and the
recipients of those cards as pertains to the Adams property. FYI, you may or may not receive an
acknowledgement from two of the recipients, the Kings and the Deaton's.
Mr. King is deceased and I believe Mrs. King, who is in poor health, is now living with her son
and not at the Mallard Creek Church Road residence. I do not know who collects their mail, or
what type of arrangement they have for the mail, or if someone comes by the house and picks
up the mail.
With Mrs. Deaton, she is deceased and that property is in an estate. I know that the mailbox is
still there, but I do not know if the mail is still being received there.
I have spoken with Flournoy, the buyer of the Adams property, and they would like a letter
from the State of NC advising that the fuel tank has been removed, the site has been cleaned as
best possible, and even with the NORP for the 3.5 acres, a letter of formality from the state that
this issue has been corrected, and nothing else is required.
Please discuss this with the Mooresville office let me know ASAP as to what needs to be
completed.

Hello Ryan,

To follow up on our telephone conversation of today regarding the `green cards' and the
recipients of those cards as pertains to the Adams property. FYI, you may or may not receive an
acknowledgement from two of the recipients, the Kings and the Deaton's.
Mr. King is deceased and I believe Mrs. King, who is in poor health, is now living with her son
and not at the Mallard Creek Church Road residence. I do not know who collects their mail, or
what type of arrangement they have for the mail, or if someone comes by the house and picks
up the mail.
With Mrs. Deaton, she is deceased and that property is in an estate. I know that the mailbox is
still there, but I do not know if the mail is still being received there.
I have spoken with Flournoy, the buyer of the Adams property, and they would like a letter
from the State of NC advising that the fuel tank has been removed, the site has been cleaned as
best possible, and even with the NORP for the 3.5 acres, a letter of formality from the state that
this issue has been corrected, and nothing else is required.
Please discuss this with the Mooresville office let me know ASAP as to what needs to be
completed.

The letters were sent Certified Return Receipt, but have not yet received the return cards.
