administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected a new vehicle to be added to this firm permit.
No tag at this time, please contact this office with the tag number in the future.
VIN#1FDUF5HTXLDA01001, 800 gallons.
The tank appeared structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted.
The lettering was correct except that the firm name on the recent application was listed as NC Dumpster LLC,
however there was no “LLC” on this vehicle (or on past permits, vehicles etc). Contacted the Raleigh Central
office which removed the “LLC” from the application/new permit. This new vehicle may be used for septage
pump jobs once the Raleigh Central office receives the additional fee of $250 for this second vehicle.
2. The other permitted vehicle was not inspected at this time and truck logs were not reviewed.
