The Solid Waste Section has completed review of the restoration and closure report for the
referenced site submitted on behalf of 42 East LLC by Smith Gardner, Inc. The Section concurs that
42 East LLC has met the corrective actions required by the violation letter dated July 18, 2003 from
Ben Barnes. Solid Waste Permit Number 5105-TP associated with site restoration is terminated.
Enclosed please find the closure notice for the solid waste disposal site. After recording, this
original instrument, affixed with the seal of Register of Deeds, together with the date, book, and page
number of recording, must be returned to:
