Morgan Address: Same as above Telephone: 919-772-3155 Email address: camorgan@campingworld.com PARTICIPANTS: Chester Cobb (DWM), Brett Martin (WCDES), and Gary Morehouse (WCDES) STATUS OF PERMIT: Active EXPIRES: 09/15/2021 PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: Routine STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS: It has been noted on previous inspections that a “No Trespassing” sign is needed at the front side of the site. OBSERVED VIOLATIONS: NONE The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1) Both tanks are within a chain-link fence. Only one tank is being used. A “Restricted Area” sign is present along the access road to the tank in use. See picture below. 2) Access roads paved in asphalt. No issues with the access roads. 3) Both tanks are below grade with access ports within the asphalt paving. Tank areas were accessible for inspection. 4) No septage spills noticed at the two tanks. Only the tank behind the building is being used. On-site representative said that tank is periodically pumped out. 5) No vector or odor issues noticed. 6) No change noticed that would affect setback distances. 0BPicture of signage.
