The two new tanks were observed again at the site but were not set up to receive septage. The tanks will be required to be
inspected before tanks can be used. Please contact North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Division of
Waste Management, Solid Waste Section and Wake County Environmental Services to schedule an inspection. No
excessive odors or vectors were noted. The approved setbacks are being met. The required signs are posted at the site
entrance. The access road is adequate. No vegetation issues around tanks due to area containing rock material. Please
adhere to the septage treatment standards as defined in the North Carolina Septage Management Rules 15A NCAC 13B.
