ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. This facility consists of one 1,500-gallon above ground tank for the storage of RV septage. The tank was empty and appears to have not been used. In addition, a “cart with pump onsite” may be used to transport septage to the tank. The tank is now covered with a shed

The location of the tank appears to adhere to the required setback requirements as established in the previous inspections. 5. No vegetation was observed around the tank.
