or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected two vehicles in regards to a firm name change plus adding more permitted vehicles to the firm permit.
Tag#NL6403, VIN 1NPTL40X94D262005, 3000 gallons
Tag#PV45407, VIN 1HLA1B780L9D40439, 5500 gallons
Outlet covers were on both vehicles and no leaks/drips were noted. The tanks on both vehicles appeared
structurally sound & securely attached. The lettering is correct on both sides of both vehicles per the
information on the firm application. Both of these vehicles are in compliance at this time.
2. A second truck inspection will be scheduled in a couple of weeks to inspect the remaining vehicles to be used
for septage pump jobs by this firm. The information to be maintained for the truck pumping logs was discussed
during this visit but the logs were not reviewed at this time – will be reviewed on the next truck inspection.
