metal building is present that houses the waste water treatment controls, located
adjacent to the waste water treatment ponds. One trailer used as an office for the waste
water treatment personnel is the present onsite.

No vapor mitigation systems are present at the site at this time.
Use of Surface Water or Groundwater: Not Observed Water Use Violation: No
No use of surface water or groundwater was observed on the property.
Exposed Soils: Not Observed Exposed Soils Violation: No
No exposed soils were observed on the property.

No basements are present on the property.
Storage of Chemicals: Not Observed Chemical Violation:
No chemical storage was observed on the property.
Groundwater Monitoring Wells: Not Observed Monitoring Well Violation: No
Groundwater monitoring wells were not observed during the site visit. Information
provided by Mr. Earl Beal and Mr. Ben Whitley indicates that all monitoring wells have
been abandoned.
Current Exposure to Public/Public Risk:
No risks of public exposure were observed. Access to the former manufacturing area is
gated and locked when no personnel are onsite.

IV. Inspector Comments
This inspection was conducted as a routine inspection prior to planned redevelopment
activities that are scheduled for the near future, and to gather pre -development photos
to be used for before -and -after comparisons. No violations of LURs were observed. The
waste water treatment operations at the site are active and permitted, for the purpose of
treating the rain water runoff from the site. The waste water operations will be
decommissioned in the near future as part of the redevelopment activities.
