Rutherford County has requested the services of Scarlett Geophysical Consulting, PC (SGC) to
provide a Corrective Action Evaluation Report (CAER) for the Rutherford County Central
Landfill (NC Permit #81-03) located in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. SGC has initiated the data
assembly, review, and assessment process and .will submit a CAER to the Solid Waste Section that
incorporates all relevant data collected from the inception of Monitored Natural Attenuation
(MNA) to present upon the completion of the analyses.
