Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules. FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The inspection was conducted in Franklin, Macon County, North Carolina. 2. The following firm truck was inspected: Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Tag Number Capacity (gallons) 2XKBA57X8SM656835 NH-1520 2800 3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 6. No leaks were observed. 7. Sodbuster Septic Services will now be operating two septage pumper vehicle. North Carolina septage program records indicate that an annual fee of $550.00 was paid for the operation of one septage pumper vehicle for year 2020. An annual fee of $800.00 is required to operate two or more vehicles. As we discussed, an additional $250.00 is required before you will be able to legally operate this second vehicle as a pumper.
