V.PHOTOGRAPHS
Photo 1: View of residential portion of site looking north from 5th street.
Onsite to meet with S&ME personnel to discuss vapor monitoring point location and
installation methods. During site visit, observed that pour-back areas had not been
repaired that were discussed during June 2020 site visit. Discussed need to repair pour-
back areas now that building shell was closed in, and that it would need to be done prior
to pre-occupancy sampling being discussed. Walked all mitigated areas of site including
roof-top to observe risers that have terminated above the roof so far. S&ME to
produce a pre-occupancy sampling Work Plan prior to sampling.
