Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit, or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 1 – This Yard Waste Notified (YWN) site has a Temporary Disaster Debris Site (DS-27-013) and a Land Clearing and
Inert Debris Site (N0321) located on same tract of land. 2 – The Yard Waste Site has an Air Curtain Burner (ACB) to dispose of the waste. 3 – Remember that only 6000 cu/yd of Yard Waste per quarter can be allowed onsite. 4 – Need to put setback markers up. 5 – No setback issues noted during this inspection. 6 – Entrance road has locking cable/chain and signage has been replaced. 7 – Roads are constructed of all-weather materials (gravel & sand) and is being maintained in good condition. 8 – Digital Pictures taken during this site visit.
