or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle to be added to firm permit. Tag#YA152398, VIN#1M1AA18YXTW059723, 3800
gallons. The tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were
noted. The lettering is correct (per the info on the firm application) on both sides of the truck. This vehicle is in
compliance at this time.
2. The fee has been paid for this vehicle to be used in 2021. Mr. Laney stated that the required training hours were
obtained at the Hickory class in January.
3. The other permitted vehicle was not inspected at this time & truck logs were not reviewed. Enclosed is an
example truck log for your use – ensure that the required info is being maintained for each septage pump
