1 – Complaint received from Division of Environmental Assistance and Customer Service on 12-14-2020 by email 2 – Contacted Ryan Hewitt on 12-15-202 and met with him at private property at approximately 11:20 am.
3 – Licensed pump truck located in private driveway 4 – Rode and walked private property backyard with no visual signs of septage 5 – Noticed no abnormal odor in yard 6 – Walked the drainage ditch at the property line and took the above pictures in various locations. 7 – No signs of septage debris located in pictures or visual inspection 8 – Noticed no abnormal odor from the drainage ditch 9 – No signs of septage debris in downstream crossing Big Neck Road NW
