ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The inspection was conducted at the West Bound NC DOT Rest Area, 19500 Great Smoky Mountains
Expressway, Waynesville, NC. 2. The following firm truck was inspected:
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) NC Tag Number Capacity (gallons) 1GBJC3414F181817 KD-4503 400 waste/250 fresh
3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame.
4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports. 5. The truck was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements. 6. No leaks were observed.
