Inspected two vehicles Tag#YA022317, VIN# correct per the firm application, capacity 4,000 gallons Tag#YA151133, VIN#1M1AA13Y61W14303Q, capacity 2500 gallons Outlet covers were on both vehicles and no drip/leaks were noted. The tanks appeared structurally sound on both vehicles and securely attached. The lettering is correct on both sides of both vehicles per the information on the firm application. 2. Reviewed the truck pumping log. The full physical location is not being recorded for some pump jobs (the town name is missing). Ensure that all the required info is recorded for each pump job including the full physical name (street address with town name). 3. Discussed with Mr. Locklear that the firm renewal process is underway at this time. Ensure that the new firm application has the correct tag, VIN & capacity for all vehicles to be utilized in 2021. Mr. Locklear attended a continuing education training class in 2020. 4. Thank you for your time.
