In accordance with your April 20, 2020 letter regarding the Initial Sediment Boil Evaluation at the subject site, I am
providing the requested monthly update via this email.
11-10,11,12-20 Significant Rainfall Event.
11-10-20: 0.68"
11-11-20: 4.51"
11-12-20: 0.92"
11-16-20 Caa and Boil Inspection Performed
The boil was not active during the inspection. However, a trace of dark gray sediment was observed on the surface near
the original boil area and extending to the silt fencing. The silt fencing was still in place and functioning properly. No
other problems were found with the cap.
12-7-20 Surface Boil Investigation Continues
We plan to continue with the proposed evaluation activities for the surface boil area. We are currently scheduled to
inspect the underdrain with a camera on 12-7-20.
