You are hereby advised that, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an administrative penalty of up to $5,000 per day may be assessed for each
violation of the Solid Waste Statute or Regulations. If the violation(s) noted here continue, you may be subject to enforcement actions
including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further
relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. Low areas were filled with soil to prevent impoundment of water. Fifty yards of soil were added to low areas after the
4/21/05 inspection and approximately 25 additional yards were recently placed at the site. There was an area of
exposed soil where fill was added that needs to be re -seeded.
2. There was an established growth of -grass on the all other areas of the landfill cap.
3. The entire landfill was mowed, except for a small area of woody vegetation growing at the edge of the older and newer
landfill areas. This woody vegetation needs to be cut.
4. The access road was well maintained.
5. Areas surrounding monitoring wells were mowed and maintained.
