FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The tanks appear structurally sound. 2. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks noted. No apparent vectors or odors noted. 3. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. 4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 5. Little change at the site (in regards to the dewatering modification) since the last inspection. Within the containment wall one of the tanks is still tilted. No septage detention may occur in these two tanks within the containment wall until a new permit is issued. The lower outlet holes on the back of the containment wall have not been closed in yet – which also would be needed for these two additional tanks to be utilized (higher capacity requirement).
