Please find attached our 2018 LURU. 

I have also attached the spread sheet I use to consolidate the data that the monometers collect throughout the year. 

We did maintain an average building pressure of 2.86 Pascals, but with what I learned this year, I think we can do even 
better. 

For one thing, we have found that the data collection systems gets shut down from time to time for no obvious 
reason.  That is why you might see some lapses in the collected data.  We plan to monitor this system more carefully to 
be sure it is up and running more reliably. 

We have also found that regular cleaning of the HVAC systems helps them work more efficiently, and we now have an 
agreement with our HVAC service  provider to inspect and clean the individual units quarterly.  I will continue to monitor 
the pressure readings to be sure this is being done, and the expected results are maintained.
