I inspected the place where the pump trucks are parked, the office location, and Victory’s permitted Septage Detention Facility and Septage Land Application Site. No evidence observed where septage (waste pumped from a septic system) had been discharged, holes being dug, or a strong waste smell at the place where the pump trucks are parked or the office. No violations observed at the permitted Septage Detention Facility and Septage Land Application Site.
