General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Received complaint of Victory Septic dumping waste pumped from septic systems on their property, digging
holes with backhoe, and strong waste smell. I inspected the place where the pump trucks are parked, the
office location, and Victory’s permitted Septage Detention Facility and Septage Land Application Site. No
evidence observed where septage (waste pumped from a septic system) had been discharged, holes being
dug, or a strong waste smell at the place where the pump trucks are parked or the office. No violations
observed at the permitted Septage Detention Facility and Septage Land Application Site.
