General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The inspection was conducted in Arden, Buncombe County.
2. The following firm truck was inspected:

Photo by Troy Harrison on 9/17/20 Photo Submitted on 9/29/20 by All About Plumbing & Septic 3. The tank appeared to be structurally sound and bolted to the frame. 4. Valves and access ports appeared to be secure. Caps were present on the access ports.
5. The vehicle was properly marked in accordance with the lettering requirements with the exception of the town name and company name. This was corrected and photos submitted to document the corrections. 6. No leaks were observed. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
