enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected new vehicle Tag#P762378, VIN#1HTWNTAT0HH576614, 4,000 gallon capacity. The tank appeared
structurally sound and securely attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is
correct on both sides of this vehicle per info on the firm application. This vehicle is in compliance at this time.
2. The other permitted vehicles were not inspected at this time. Truck pumping logs were not reviewed during this
inspection.
