such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected a new vehicle – this makes three vehicles under this firm permit.
Tag#TCN9865, VIN#1GBE5C1276F421636, 950 gallons. The tank appears structurally sound & securely
attached. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering was correct on both sides of this
vehicle per information on the firm application. This vehicle is in compliance at this time.
2. Mr. Locklear stated that he had attended the training class in Shallotte. Discussed that the firm permit renewal
should be submitted before the end of the year.
