Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hi Ron, William forwarded me your response to my record request(s) (attached) saying that you have no record of an open case; however, I am looking information regarding a LUST incident identified as LUST Incident #36135. This incident involved the identification of an abandoned UST during the redevelopment of the property (old mall, current mixed -use development). The only associated document available online is the 24-hour reporting form, which noted TPH contamination in soil. The incident is listed as an open incident (no closure reported). Do you have any documents regarding this case, specifically closure documentation? It may not appear as "open" in your records.
