with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. No septage (domestic or grease trap pumpings) is being brought to these septage disposal fields because of the
business sale of L & L Environmental (trucks, dewatering box & Charlotte facility) in 2019. Mr. Oaks has
requested that this septage land application site become officially inactive. Soil samples will not be needed
this fall. Mr. Oaks planned to obtain the required training hours (for the SLAS permit) at the Morganton
location. A nonpumper form & fee will be required this winter (for the SLAS & SDTF permits).
2. This visit was in regards to the site becoming inactive. The required signs are posted and the access road is
adequate. No sign of land application. The fields had been harvested and hay bales were present.
3. There are other fields at this farm that are permitted for sludge thru Water Resources.
