Skvarla, III Secretary April28, 2014 Re: Notice of No Further Action 15A NCAC 2L .0106 Corrective Action Colonial Pipeline — LN 3 Gas 411 Gallimore Dairy Road, Greensboro Guilford County Incident #: 95262 The Additional Soil Sampling Results Report received by the UST Section, Division of Waste Management, Winston-Salem Regional Office on March 28, 2014 has been reviewed. A review of the report indicates that soil contamination does not exceed the TPH action level (10 parts per million). Based on information provided to date, the UST Section determines that no further action is warranted for this incident. This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later finds that the discharge or release poses an unacceptable risk or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health or the environment. This No Further Action determination applies only to the subject incident; for any other incidents at the subject site, the responsible party must continue to address contamination as required.
