Dear Mr. Leigh:
This office acknowledges the receipt of your Semiannual Monitoring Results and Free
Product Data for the subject sites. Your cooperation is appreciated. Free product was
encountered in MW-89, MW-76, MW-10, and MW-12 in 2006 or 2007. But your report dated
January 9, 2012 did not indicate if there has been free product in these wells since then. If no
free product has been detected in these wells, groundwater sampling from these wells needs to be
included in future monitoring events.
If you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact Gene Mao at (336) 641-3589.
Sincerely,
Carin Lee Kromm, LG
