FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspected vehicle, tag#AL12082, 1000 gallons, the VIN# on trailer (10HHSE165K1000849) was different than the one on the application & registration. Mr. Cruse stated that he would look into the discrepancy. The tank appeared structurally sound and securely attached by bolts & welding. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering was correct on both sides of the vehicle per info on the firm application. 2. Discussed the info to be maintained on the truck pumping log. Also discussed that 4 hours of firm training shall be obtained by the end of 2020. Instructed Mr. Cruse to contact the associations for current class schedule info. 3. No septage jobs shall be performed until the firm permit is issued by the Raleigh Central office. The Raleigh office was informed that the vehicle is in compliance at this time.
