Good morning, 
The Hoke County LCID would like to amend 2 Permit Conditions (#17 and #32) for their LCID Landfill. Mr. Dan Koliba with 
Hoke County asked that we revise the drawing included in the approved operations plan, and request these two changes 
to the permit conditions. The attached letter has the request for the permit amendments, and the attached drawing 
reflects the changes requested.
