You can run GRO & DRO analyses for the runoff areas. GRO & DRO analyses are acceptable for the tank pit if over
excavation is not required. VOCs, SVOCs, VPH, and EPH analyses are required when over excavating home heating oil

Hi Trudy,
Last week, they removed the HHO tank and excavated contaminated soil from both properties but they did not finish on
Friday. They were unable to continue this morning due to the weather so they plan to finish the site activities this
week. We had the mobile lab onsite to screen the soil during the excavation activities. The TPH results for the subject
property (1114 Ardsley) were greater than 100 mg/kg but there site limitation to excavate more such as the house and

huge trees. They will finish the neighbor's property (1161 S. Kings) and have TPH results less than 100 mg/kg. They did
encounter GW/product during the tank removal and excavation which was removed with a vac truck. They conducted
the 150-feet receptor survey which did not identify any WSWs/receptors. We are planning to use the TPH sample
results in this situation unless you are requiring additional analytics.
I wanted to update you on the site activities completed so far.
